Kairah brings over 10 years of expertise in IT strategy, business transformation, and team leadership. With a proven track record in project management and regulatory compliance, he has secured ISO certifications, reduced costs, and surpassed targets. Kairah is dedicated to continuous improvement, delivering exceptional results while championing collaboration and success. Away from the daily grind, you can find Kairah with his nose buried in a book or his eyes glued to a map. He’s always researching his next qualification or geographical escapade.

Natalie is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in strategy, sales leadership, and community programmes. She has a proven track record of driving transformative results, growing businesses, forging lasting partnerships, and delivering impactful social return projects – a true passion of hers. Outside work, she balances socialising and movement like dancing, running, and yoga around her tiny dictator’s schedule!

Salma brings over 15 years of expertise in software testing across the public and private sectors. Starting her career as a UAT tester, she understands the critical intersection between end-user needs and system functionality. ISTQB-BCS certified, she excels in system integration, UAT, and regression testing. Salma leads teams precisely, ensuring quality assurance while fostering innovation and delivering exceptional results for Warp’s customers. Outside of work, Salma has recently taken up Yoga and is keen on travelling.
